Food and Beverage Director
The Clubs of Kingwood, its facilities, services and staff constitute an environment dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction and value to its Members. The Clubs of Kingwood includes both the Kingwood Country Club and the Deerwood Club. Areas of responsibilty will include Private Events at both clubs, Ala Carte Dining at both clubs, Special Member Events adn Traditions at both clubs, Outside Catering functions, F&B Service in the Locker Rooms at both clubs, F&B Service for all Golf Outings at both clubs, the Cafe at the Fitness Center and F&B Operations at the Water Park. The The Food & Beverage Director's primary purpose is to assure Member Service, Quality Food offerings, facility maintenance and all food and beverage operations are coordinated to exceed Member expectations, while achieving the Club's revenue and profit objectives at both locations. This will be accomplished through strong leadership and organized actions for both club properties. The benchmarks for a successful Food and Beverage Director are: Weekly Mindshare Survey results, feedback from Board Committees, growth in Member usage and food and beverage revenues; reduction in Member attrition; the maintenance of all quality standards for service, production, cleanliness, and safety; employee relations and staff development; all measured by growth in Member Usage.
