Job description:
Kitchen Manager Duties: The Kitchen manager will assist the Executive Chef in high volume kitchen operations, mentoring staff, oversee staff schedules, hands on involvement with inventory control, food/labor cost, and kitchen sanitation.

Job Requirements:
The Kitchen Manager candidate must have at least 2+ years experience in a full service, high volume ($4 million+)restaurant. Must have hands on experience with food inventories and good understanding of all that impacts food cost. Must be well versed in writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, the ability to build a team, self-confidence and a hands-on approach. Good tenure is a must.
