Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage the production of all hotel-wide communications

·         Responsible for the creative development and execution of internal communications & event concepts

·         Manage the daily activities and performance of the STAR Communications team

·         Create the General Manager's internal messages

·         Responsible for auditing departmental recognition and communication tools

·         Continually update communication tools and methods based on research and industry trends

·         Create hotel publications

·         Develop in-depth PowerPoint presentations and scripts, direct and produce videos to be featured at events

·         Develop communication resources within established budgetary restraints and with fiscal responsibility
