Director of Sales and Marketing position at ultra premium winery is now open for an individual who lives in Napa, with strong wine sales distribution experience, computer proficiency, and wine knowledge.

Job description:

Opportunities exist to expand Distributor sales as well as marketing of special direct-to-consumer sales. Director of Sales and Marketing reports to the President and will be a member of a small team dedicated to furthering the Jarvis image and wine sales.

Jarvis, a twenty year old winery, has a single devotion to making quality wine and now ranks among the top world class wines.

The Director of Sales and Marketing will be hands-on and responsible for all aspects of Distributor sales, spending a quarter of the time travelling to support national Distributors, and trade events, as well as local distributor. Other responsibilities will include product management, marketing, new programs, events and special tours including VIP, Trade and others.

Specific Requisites for the position include:

  • Good familiarity with individual distributors in all states and 5 years minimum experience with distributor sales.
  • Software proficiency in the latest means to support the position.
  • Knowledge and passion for great wine.
